ROBERT MOSES TRAFFIC CONTROL PLAN
The New York Power Authority's rehabilitation of the Niagara Power Project dam required seasonal closure of a portion of the Robert Moses Parkway. Thornton Engineering was retained to provide a traffic control plan to detour traffic from the two southbound lanes of the parkway.
